Your Key Workers
- Who are we?
- We are a staff of 6 full-time......from Gloria the Cook whose expertise in the kitchen supplies us with healthy nutritious food - Georgette the Manager ,Deputy Ciara, Early Years workers Gwen, Joy and Fatima work with the children providing care and excellant educational opportunities in an environment which stretches their skills within the Birth to three matters and the foundation stage curriculum

When do we start?
The tepee is up, and hopefully some ceremonial singing, clapping, and dancing can happen. Maybe some feather headresses and face paint are in order? - sherri
the allotments are ready for planting , and Valerie has bought an abundance of plants and herbs for the children to choose and plant this week -.Also we have had 10 head teachers from Poland visiting -each member of staff has taken the visitors around and explained what they achieve with the children within the curriculum we offer .

Our next key-group theme will be based around the story book, 'Handa's Hen'.(by Eileen Browne) The story involes baby chicks and as part of the theme we are interested in hatching our own chicks from eggs. If anyone's got any ideas/advice about how to go about it - where to get eggs and equipment from, etc, please let us know.
